Studies show that continued socialization contribute to healthier, happier dogs that live longer lives. We are dedicated to providing superlative care in an environment that supports the physical, emotional, and mental needs of your pet. Our focus is on supervised, quality, enriched play with breaks and rest time to be sure each guest enjoys their day. During break times, each dog is in their own private space to rest, eat lunch, drink water, and get ready for more play.
Every staff member completes a group play training certification to learn specialized group activities for engagement and fun throughout the day. We take the unique personalities of each dog into consideration when arranging daily groups. Our guests socialize with dogs that have like play styles and temperaments along with similar physical size. Our playrooms also are suited with rubber flooring to prevent sore muscles and joint pains.
How do you get started?
Fill out the new client application here, or use the button below, and we will contact you to schedule your first day Orientation. An Orientation day is required for all potential new clients and scheduled in advance on select days and times. The first day will consist of meeting staff and other daycare friends through our introductory process. All new clients must be up-to-date on vaccines including: Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella.We offer daily care Monday - Saturday. Reservations are required by 8 pm to ensure a timely confirmation.
Daycare Rate: $36 single dog; $26 additional dog - full day
$27 single dog; $19 additional dog - half day up to 5 hours
Multi-day packages provide a break on the per diem pricing, available for 5, 10, 15, and 20 day increments.
All prices are subject to 8% NYS sales tax. Fees paid are non-refundable and due at time of service. Should a refund be requested, any balance will be applied to your account to be used on future services and products. See Our Enhancement Services

Your pets deserve the best
We are a locally owned dog care facility located in Rochester, New York. Our facility consists of 5,500 square feet of three interior playrooms with hygienic rubber flooring and climbing structures as well as 2,000 square feet of secure outdoor play area with “K9 Grass” (not mud).
We treat every dog as if they were our own, making it easy for you to leave them in our care. Our social events bring together a community of dog lovers where owners and pets build bonds that last a lifetime!
We love to welcome new pack members! There are a few things to do to get started. Be sure your pup has the required vaccinations. We require Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella. Dogs recently adopted must be in home for two weeks prior to coming to daycare or boarding and show no signs of coughing, sneezing, or any other symptoms of illness. All dogs 7 months or older must be spayed or neutered. Finally, fill out our application and give us a call to schedule your Orientation Day any weekday between 7 – 10 am.
It’s important to note that we only allow a limited number of orientations in one day to be able to give your pup our full attention.
Depending on what time your pup arrives for the day or if they stay overnight, below is a pretty typical day.
6:30 am Rise and shine! Breakfast and potty time.
7:00 am Wags opens and day care friends begin to arrive.
9:00 am Group exercises and open playtime.
11:30 am Lunches are prepared.
12:00 pm Quiet play or nap time.
1:00 pm Group playtime resumes.
4:30 pm End of day routine begins. Day care friends begin leaving.
5:00 pm Dinners prepared and served.
6:00 pm Evening chill time with overnight guests.
9:30 pm Night Night! Bedtime treats and snuggles.
